Acutonics® Tuning Forks

The use of tuning forks in health care has grown extensively over the past twenty years. Although some historians record their use in healing as far back as Ancient Egypt, the modern day tuning fork was developed more than 400 years ago for tuning musical instruments. In Western medicine they are used for neurological testing and as a quick way to scan the body for a fracture. Our methodology for the therapeutic use and application of tuning forks is known as Acutonics, a unique, energy-based, non-invasive approach rooted in Oriental medicine.

Precision-calibrated tuning forks are applied to specific acupuncture points to access the meridian and chakra energy systems. These tuning forks represent a natural harmonic series based on orbital properties of the Earth, Moon, Sun and planets. The sound waves of the forks vibrate and travel deeply into the body. Their rich resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body’s natural frequencies, stimulates and balances the physical and subtle energy field, and promotes wellness, deep inner harmony and Harmonic Attunement®.

Golden Flower Chinese Herbs offers an exceptional line of Chinese herbal formulas designed by clinicians and manufactured with select Chinese herbs. John Scott, DOM and Lorena Monda, DOM founded the company in 1990. John has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1982, and Lorena since 1984.

John and Lorena created Golden Flower Chinese Herbs to meet a rising need for high quality, reasonably priced formulas— without the impurities, adulterants, or questionable ingredients found in some prepared formulas. The first Golden Flower formula came about after we sent a popular patent formula to a lab for testing. The test results indicated that the formula was adulterated with a powerful western drug not indicated on the label. As practitioners we became concerned that we could not be accountable for the herbs we prescribed to our patients if we did not know what was in them.

We seek to expand the use of Chinese herbs by providing clear and useful information to practitioners. We offer real-time professional consultations by licensed Doctors of Oriental Medicine by phone during our regular business hours. Additionally, we offer professional education workshops and seminars to benefit clinicians of varying skill levels and backgrounds. We have been fortunate to have a number of very experienced and talented professionals teach and write for our community of customers and friends.  We thank these great practitioners for sharing their knowledge and experience with us.

Standard Process Nutritional Supplements

Since 1929, Standard Process has been dedicated to the field of nutritional supplements and the whole food philosophy introduced by Dr. Royal Lee. Dr. Lee’s goal was to provide nutrients as they are found in nature—in a whole food state where he believed their natural potency and efficacy would be realized.

Following this philosophy, we start with whole foods—foods you might find in the grocery store, like peas, radishes, and beets. Then, like any good cook, we prepare these ingredients in a way that safeguards their nutritional value. The resulting whole food ingredient is then added to a complex formula that may include whole food extracts; animal tissue extracts and concentrates; botanicals; whole food isolates; and synthetic ingredients as required to meet our high formula standards.

As the world’s first company to make whole food supplements, we bring authority and leadership to the subject.

The goal of all whole food supplementation is to provide nutrients for the body that are as close as possible to how they are found in nature. After all, it is in this whole food state that nutrition is typically harnessed and presented to the body.

We believe that botanical treasures like essential oils and flower essences can have a significant positive influence on our mental, physical, and spiritual health, and on the economic health of small communities throughout the world.

Floracopeia was established to provide the highest quality botanical treasures and health education, support ecological agriculture, and promote traditional plant-based knowledge. We do this by:

Supporting Ecologically Responsible Producers

By choosing to economically support ecologically responsible farmers and sustainable agroforestry projects around the world, we are helping to uplift remote and impoverished communities as we preserve and protect the earth and her treasures. We have personal relationships with most of our distillers. By paying a fair price directly to them and not going through brokers, we lower the cost of top-grade essential oils, attars, hydrosols, and natural perfume ingredients for our customers.
